About these terms
These terms apply when you browse or purchase through the Ray of Light online store. Our Shipping Policy, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy provide additional information about your order and use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Orders and information
Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information when placing an order. You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract, or act with the appropriate authorisation. Products are subject to availability. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled or if details need clarification. If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, the amount paid for the cancelled items and any corresponding charges will be refunded as applicable.
Products and pricing
Refer to each product listing for its description, available options and price. Screen settings and lighting may affect how colours appear; this does not excuse a material difference between the item supplied and its description. The order total and applicable delivery or other charges are displayed at checkout. A later price change does not change the agreed price of an existing order.
Payments
Only the payment methods shown at checkout are available for your order. Payments may be processed by external payment providers under their terms. We will never ask for your card PIN, banking password or a payment OTP by email or phone.
Cancellation before dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting info@rayoflight.life with your order number. We will confirm whether dispatch has occurred and whether the cancellation has been completed. If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, we will arrange repayment of the amount due. After dispatch, a change-of-mind cancellation may not be possible; this does not affect rights relating to defective goods, misdescription, non-delivery or other remedies required by law.
Delivery, exchanges and refunds
Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy. Exchange requests and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect items are covered by our Return, Exchange and Refund Policy.
Website use
Do not use the website for unlawful activity, fraud, unauthorised access, or interference with its operation. Website content and branding may be protected by intellectual-property rights. Third-party websites linked from the store are operated independently; review their own terms before using them.
Updates and disputes
We may update these terms for future use of the website. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase. Applicable Indian law governs these terms, without limiting your right to seek remedies before the competent consumer authorities or courts.
