Return, exchange and refund policy

Change-of-mind returns

We do not accept returns or provide refunds simply because you change your mind after receiving an item. This restriction does not apply where a return, replacement or refund is required by applicable law.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within 7 working days of delivery. Email info@rayoflight.life with your order number, the item concerned and the exchange requested. The requested replacement is subject to availability. For a voluntary exchange, keep the item unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with any supplied tags and packaging.

Please contact us before sending an item back. We will provide the correct return instructions and confirm any applicable exchange shipping charge or price difference before you proceed. Do not send an item to an address found elsewhere without confirmation.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, is not the item ordered, or materially differs from its description, contact us as soon as you discover the problem. Include your order number and a description; photographs can help where available. The voluntary exchange window and original-packaging condition do not limit rights that apply to a defective or incorrectly supplied product.

We will assess the issue and provide the appropriate remedy, including a return, replacement or refund where required by applicable law. We will confirm arrangements for returning an affected item, including any return-shipping costs for which we are responsible. This policy does not exclude rights relating to non-delivery or late delivery under applicable law.

Refunds where due

When a refund is approved or legally due, we will confirm the amount and processing details. Refunds for prepaid orders will normally be returned to the original payment method. For cash-on-delivery orders, we will arrange an appropriate refund method with you. Your payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount. We will not require you to accept store credit in place of a monetary refund where the law requires repayment.
